Sundance Park is a residential community located in the Ontario Ranch area. X Engineering was engaged on the project at the entitlement stage to obtain an approved tentative map through the City. The Project includes both single family homes and townhomes on a 35-acre site offering 299 units with a future mixed-use development set for the north portion of the site. With extensive experience in the city of Ontario, the project team was able to solve and implement complex design issues and set up the project for success in the final engineering phase.
