Etiwanda is a 150-acre planned residential project in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The project is currently in the final engineering phase for 358 residential lots and various open space lots. The residential lots, which vary in width between 60’ and 80’, are terraced into the sloping terrain and designed to avoid an active fault line that bisects the project site. X Engineering designed a flood control channel to intercept 2,000 cubic feet per second of runoff from the tributary watershed which will discharge to a flood control spreading ground.
