STORM WATER REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

The General Permit for Storm Water Discharges Associated with Industrial Activities (Order No. 2014-0057-DWQ), otherwise known as the IGP, is the driving regulation for industrial storm water compliance. Some facilities have facility specific Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs).

NON-STORM WATER REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

Our regulatory compliance services are not limited to storm water. We also help facilities work with and report to regulators at the Certified Unified Program Agencies (CUPAs), as well as the appropriate Regional Water Quality Control Board for facility specific regulations.

Our engineers and Qualified Industrial Storm Water Practitioner (QISP) can provide expert advice regarding facility and Best Management Practices planning and design to improve the quality of storm water discharge and help facilities maintain compliance.
