X Engineering was contracted with Caprock Partners to provide final engineering services to obtain construction permits for onsite surface improvements, utility improvements, and improvements in the public right of way for a 24-acre industrial site called Saddle Ranch through the City of Norco. Through iterative design, X Engineering was able to bring the project to construction on an extremely complex site which included bedrock large grade changes. The design team executed grading and drainage solutions which minimized costs for the client and satisfied all agency requirements. The project scope included grading, retaining wall, storm drain, utility, and offsite improvement plans.
