X Engineering was contracted by Watt Companies to provide civil engineering services for the entitlement of a creative mixed-use development of multifamily residential and commercial space on approximately eight acres in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The project repurposes an existing office building parking lot in combination with the development of an adjacent vacant field. Project challenges included avoiding and/or relocating existing wet and dry utilities which sat within the vacant field and service the office buildings. X Engineering facilitated the design for grading and paving, wet utilities, and storm water solutions.
